    This Adult Improvers session is a suplimentary coaching session during the Autumn half term period. 
     

    This course is Pay As You Go which means you have to book the course dates separately. 

    The content of this course comprises mainly of rallying, drills and pattern of play work. All players attending this course will need to be able to have a good ability to rally and be able to play matches.
