Thank you for joining the tennis programme at Milton Keynes Tennis Club. We hope that you or your child enjoy the classes. These WhatsApp groups have been set up so that the coaching team can keep you up to date with any relevant information about the class and upcoming events.
Generally, this will mean:
- Notifying you about class cancellations or changes due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
- The coaches answering questions about the class or tennis in general.
- Giving you relevant information about bookings, club info or events.
WhatsApp group rules:
- General
- The group is there primarily for the coaches to inform players and parents of important information.
- Players/parents are welcome to message the group to ask tennis related questions only.
- Please do not message the group if you have questions relating to yours or your child’s tennis development directly. For this please get in touch using our contact us form.
- Bad language or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated, and people may be removed from the group if this happens.
- Cancellations
- If the class needs to be cancelled due to the weather, the coaches will message on the WhatsApp group no less than 15 minutes before the class is about to start (generally more time is given). If the coach does not send a message to cancel, please assume that the class is going ahead.
- If a player cannot make a session, plase let us know using our contact us form.
