SCHOOL CLUBS - St. Christopher School

  • This school club is for Year 3 (our G Group) and Year 4 (our F Group) only for the autumn term 2022
     

    • St. Chris after school clubs run from 3.30-4.30pm each Wednesday at Letchworth Tennis Club. 
    • The pupils will be accomanied by a St. Chris members of staff as they walk from the school to the tennis club.
    • All participants must bring appropriate clothing and footwear each time in order to take part.
    • Tennis rackets and equipment will be provided by DRH Sports (pupils may bring their own rackets). 
    • All participants must be picked up at the designated club finish time. 

  • Our tennis coaches adhere to the highest standards of coaching. Each lead coach will not only be a qualified tennis coach, but will also be first aid trained, have an enhanced DBS, hold an up to date safeguarding qualification and will be LTA accredited and insured.

  • At DRH Sports we take safeguarding as seriously as possible and all of our coaches have undertaken extensive safeguarding training. 

    We ensure that every child feels safe and secure whilst in our care and evvery parent feels confident to leave their child with us. 

  • LSTC is a traditional family club with generations of many families that continue to play today. The Club has a great history with the original outdoor club starting in 1905.

    Members of the outdoor club assisted in the move to the new indoor and outdoor facility in 2005, some becoming board members and most still active members today.

    The facilities and surroundings at the club are family friendly with CCTV and entrance/exit at the reception desk to ensure a safe environment for members and enabling children to play freely within the facility.

  • Camp GO is a multi-sports holiday camp run by DRH Sports at Letchworth Sports and Tennis Club. The camp is Ofsted registered activitiy run for children aged 5-15 running each school holiday. Each day at Camp GO brings action packed fun along with the development of physical and mental health for all who attend.

DRH is the best sports club I have taken my grandchildren to, and we have been to several. I love the enthusiasm of the coaches and the 'Go' atmosphere. The manage to keep Damian enthusiastic about physically doing things all day (he can be a bit of a sloth). I also like the emphasis on values, they one for each day, for example, it could be 'leadership' one day and 'respect' another.
