BeginnerThis Adult Coaching 2 coaching course is for players ages 18+ who are in the beginner / intermediate stage of their tennis development.

This group is for anyone aged 18+ including those new to the game of tennis. Over the term you will be taught the basics in tennis. Grips and the Path/Angle/Speed (PAS) of the racket for all groundstroke shots and serve will be covered. Alongside this you will also be taught the basics in tactical play such as the 5 different game situations (serving, returning serve, both players at the baseline, approaching the net, passing your opponent).
