This Adult Improvers coaching course is for players aged 18+ years old who are in the beginner / intermediate stage of their tennis development.
Term begins: 2nd Sept
Session Dates: Sept 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th Oct 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th Nov 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th Dec 7th, 14th, 21st
Term ends: 20th Dec
This group is for anyone aged 18+ including those new to the game of tennis. Over the term you will be taught the basics in tennis. Grips and the Path/Angle/Speed (PAS) of the racket for all groundstroke shots and serve will be covered. Alongside this you will also be taught the basics in tactical play such as the 5 different game situations (serving, returning serve, both players at the baseline, approaching the net, passing your opponent).
