    LAUT24 - Adult Improvers 1 - Fri 9.30-11am

    This Adult Improvers coaching course is for players aged 18+ years old who are in the intermediate stage of their tennis development.

    15 Weeks

     

    Term begins: 2nd Sept
    Session Dates:  Sept 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th Oct 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th Nov 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th Dec 6th, 13th, 20th
    Term ends: 20th Dec

    This group is for anyone aged 18+ including those new to the game of tennis. Over the term you will be taught the basics in tennis. Grips and the Path/Angle/Speed (PAS) of the racket for all groundstroke shots and serve will be covered. Alongside this you will also be taught the basics in tactical play such as the 5 different game situations (serving, returning serve, both players at the baseline, approaching the net, passing your opponent).
