This Mini Tots coaching course is for children aged 3-4 years old who are in the first stages of their tennis development.
Term begins: 8th Sept
Term Dates: Sept 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th Oct 6th, 13,th 20th, 27th Nov 10th, 17th, 24th Dec 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd.
Term Ends: 22nd Dec
In our Mini Tots sessions we give the players an introduction to tennis through fun games and exercises designed to develop co-ordination and athletic ability.
All the equipment and rackets will be provided by the club.
Parents may be required to accompany their child on court at the beginning, if the coach deems it necessary.
Throughout the term we will teach your child how to swing their racket correctly for a forehand, backhand and volley. For our most advanced tots we will start to work on movement to the ball, before stopping and playing their shot, and recovery to a central position.
